GAME SUMMARY
The Hawks trailed 3-0 after two periods, but Hawks first-year Tristan Mock (Johnstown, Pa.) got the Hawks on the board 4:26 into the period with his first career collegiate goal, cutting the deficit to 3-1.
Just about four minutes later, sophomore Joshua Sanchez (Potsdam, N.Y.) pulled the Hawks within a goal, now trailing 3-2.
Becker tied the game 3-3 on the second of the night for Mock with 9:34 remaining. Mock made the play himself, shooting a puck on goal from center ice. Camels freshman goalie Sean Dynan (Reading, Mass.) misplayed that shot, leaving a rebound right in the slot that Mock collected and fired on goal to tie the game.
Just 13 seconds later, the Hawks took their first lead of the game with sophomore Colby Audette (Colchester, Vt.) scoring to make it 4-3.
The Hawks won the center ice faceoff after Mock's game-tying goal and got the puck in deep in the Camels zone.
After the Hawks gathered a loose puck in the right-wing corner, Sanchez slid a pass to Audette in front of goal. Audette redirected the pass into the net, past the blocker of Dynan to give Becker the lead.
Connecticut College junior Chris Adamsons (Portland, Conn.) would salvage the game for the Camels, scoring his first of the season with 3:29 remaining, on the way to the 4-4 tie.
