MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO SEE AN ATHLETIC TRAINER --> CLICK HERE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT
In order to see an athletic trainer this semester, you must make an appointment on the Google Doc form provided. The content highlighted in yellow at the top of the Google Doc is an example. If you need an athletic trainer for something specific (evaluation for a new injury, rehab assistance/progression, manual therapy, etc.), please sign up on the left-hand side, and use the drop-down menu to select what you’re coming in for.
If you do NOT need an athletic trainer, but want to utilize the ATR on your own (stretching, foam rolling, rehab without assistance, tubs, stim, etc.), please sign up on the right-hand side. DO NOT sign up in spots that have been blacked out. If there is no availability, DO NOT sign-up in a different spot or come in anyways - All ATR visits must be scheduled on the Google Doc.
This is a shared Google Doc that updates in real-time. Edits can be made, but DO NOT delete someone else’s name without their permission and replace it with your own. We have access to the edit history, so we’ll know who changed any previous information. If you’re concerned with this happening to you and want to lock your name so nobody else has permission to edit it, do the following:
- Enter your name in the desired box
- Select that box with your name in it
- Click "Data" in the top toolbar
- Click "Protected sheets and ranges"
- Click "Set Permissions"
- Select "Restrict who can edit this range"
- Select "Only you and spreadsheet owner"
- Click "Done"
All appointments MUST be scheduled by 10:00 p.m. the night before. For example, if you plan on coming in on a Monday, you need to be signed up by 10:00 p.m. on Sunday night. If there is nobody signed up for a specific time slot, the ATR will not be open during that time (i.e. if nobody is scheduled until 8:30 a.m., the ATR will not open until 8:30 a.m.). Please note that there may be times when the ATR needs to close last minute, but any appointments during that time will be rescheduled. Further, there may be days that have different opening/closing times.
All closures, hours, etc. will be communicated on the Becker Sports Medicine Instagram page (@beckersportsmedicine). On Sunday night, the schedule for the week will be posted on the Instagram page, and the Google Doc sign-up sheet will reflect those changes.
