Nikki Narducci enters her second year as the Becker College Director of Athletic Operations, after serving as the Director of Athletic Communications for the Hawks during the 2018-19 academic year.

As the Director of Athletic Operations, Narducci is in charge of game-day operations, which includes assigning game-day personnel, administering setup, in-game operations, and breakdown for the various varsity sports teams.  She also administers athletics scheduling, transportation, and facility management.  In addition to her operations duties, she oversees the athletic communication efforts of the athletic department and maintains a partnership with Becker College’s marketing department to ensure proper communications and branding.

In her one-year stint as the Director of Athletic Communications with the Hawks, Narducci oversaw the communications and marketing efforts for all varsity sports teams.  She maintained and updated beckerhawks.com with schedule, rosters, statistics, and press releases.  Narducci coordinated live statistics and live video for all home games, managed and monitored the athletic department’s social media outlets, and nominated student-athletes for various sport-specific honors.

Before joining the staff at Becker College, Narducci spent three years at Worcester State University, where she was the Sports Information Director.  There, she served as the public relations representative for the Lancers’ 20 varsity intercollegiate sports.  She compiled and reported all statistical data and reports, coordinated live statistics and video for home games, maintained the department’s athletic webpage, managed and monitored the athletic department’s social media outlets and nominated student-athletes for various sport-specific honors.

Prior to her three years at Worcester State University, Narducci worked for the Texas A&M International University (TAMIU) Athletic Department.  In 2012, she landed a position as the Athletic Operations Assistant, from where she was elevated to Assistant Sports Information Director in 2013.  During her last five months with the university, she was named the Interim Sports Information Director and Promotions Specialist.  She oversaw the sports information department, acting as the communications and marketing representative for the 11 intercollegiate athletic teams.  She managed tasks such as in-game statistics, disseminating press releases, along with updating the godustdevils.com website with athletics-related content.  In addition, Narducci assisted with game-day operations, promotions, and graphic design efforts.

While living in Texas, Narducci also worked as an Account Executive and Graphic Designer with the Laredo Lemurs – an independent league baseball team – from 2013-14.  There, her work included group sales, box office ticket sales and game-day operations.  She oversaw and created the organization’s advertisements and player graphics for the video board.

Narducci’s athletic career began at the Connecticut Sports Management Group in 2012 when she was a full-time intern and assisted with the planning and execution of the Nutmeg State Games, Connecticut Senior Games, and Northeast Football Showcase.

Time-to-time Narducci works with other Worcester Area colleges, assisting with statistics and operations.

In 2019, she was a sports information volunteer for the NCAA Division III Softball World Series in Tyler, Texas.  She acted as the official statistician for various games in the eight-team tournament, assisted with sports information duties, and ran the videoboard at Suddenlink Field.

Narducci is an active College of Sports Information Directors (CoSIDA) member.  She has attended the convention the past five years to stay up-to-date with current and emerging trends, and continuously networks with other professionals in the athletics industry.

A native of Deep River, Conn., Narducci graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2012 with her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Sport Promotion.  She continued her education at TAMIU where she received her Master’s Degree in Educational Administration in 2015 to advance her career within collegiate athletics.
