Clare Conway Named NECC Offensive Player of the Week

LEICESTER, Mass. – Hawks junior Clare Conway (Billerica, Mass.) is continuing to surge up the program's all-time points scoring list and has earned this week's New England Collegiate Conference Offensive Player of the Week, for the week ending on April 18.

Conway finished the week with 17 points, scoring 11 goals to go along with six assists in two victories over New England College and Mitchell. Her 17-point week gives her a team-high 40 this season and 131 career points, good for seventh all-time in the program's history.

It is Conway's first time this season being named the NECC Offensive Player of the Week as she nearly doubled her season point total in just the last two games.

The Hawks return to play today against New England College at 6:00 p.m. and then play again on Tuesday at Mitchell at 4:00 p.m., followed by Senior Day on Sunday, April 25 against Elms at noon.
